BETH & JEANNIE
Jeannie Dulaney and Beth Hamil have facilitated retreats, leadership programs, and strategic planning processes for nonprofits, businesses, and public-sector organizations across the region. They began their partnership during their time at Leadership Knoxville, where Jeannie served for 25 years as President/CEO and Beth served for 7 years as Program Director. Together they led the organization's flagship leadership program for established regional leaders and incorporated 21st-century leadership skills into its curriculum.
During that time, they honed their consulting and facilitation expertise and launched a facilitation training program for Leadership Knoxville alumni and others. They went on to work with organizations across the region, helping teams and leaders strengthen collaboration, communication, and performance.
Together they bring complementary strengths--Jeannie's deep regional leadership experience and Beth's organizational strategy and nonprofit expertise.
